We are seeking an experienced and capable Construction Manager/Head Construction Manager to join our team. I
If you have experience in leading and coordinating construction projects and are able to ensure their successful completion in accordance with timelines and quality standards, then you are the one we are looking for!
Job Description:
- Responsibility for managing and coordinating activities on assigned construction sites
- Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Execution of construction works within the specified timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Detailed maintenance of the construction log
- Responsibility for timely ordering and delivery of goods and construction materials
- Ensuring compliance with construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Preparation of documentation for invoicing completed work
- Regular reporting on the current status of construction progress and adherence to deadlines

Requirements:
- Secondary or university degree in civil engineering
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Driver’s license (Group B)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience with building construction
- Authorization is advantageage
